Qualification:
Bachelorโs degree-holder in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
General Responsibilities:
The Project Finance/Admin Assistant (FAA) supports the Finance Officer in ensuring the effective management of financial activities and administrative functions within the organization. The role is crucial for maintaining financial accuracy, compliance, and supporting the overall financial and administrative of the organization.
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Preparation and facilitate financial documents and submit financial reports in accordance with the organizationโs financial and accounting policies.
2. Assist in financial monitoring, cost-benefit analysis, and the development of criteria and guidelines for resource allocation.
3. Support the Finance Officer in conducting activities to achieve the goals and objectives of the projects.
4. Ensure quality and cost-effectiveness in implementing project activities.
5. Supports the Admin including canvassing, purchasing, and other administrative functions.
6. Provide technical assistance to other groups/units as needed.
7. Assists in the preparation of checks and payment vouchers (PVs), deposits checks, and goes to the bank as needed to process deposits and other banking transactions.
8. Assist in maintaining up-to-date records, graphs, statistics, and relevant financial information for program and chapter performance evaluation.
9. Support the preparation of updated monthly project performance reports as required by the FMG Unit.
10. Assist in the preparation of the Three-Year Plan, Work Programmed and Budget, and Annual Report.
11. Participate in the periodic review of financial policies and procedures and assist in maintaining required financial management standards.
12. Assist the Finance Officer in examining financial records of chapters and project and provide support in resource allocation and expenditure compliance.
13. Support the program in Outreach and other field activities.
14. Perform other related tasks as required by the FMG through the Finance Officer.
